Structural Concepts introduces its NEW Breeze-E™ refrigeration package — meets NSF Type II requirements and reduces noise by 45%.
October 2007—Structural Concepts’ innovative Breeze™ refrigeration system for its temperature-controlled bakery/deli/beverage display cases is now available as Breeze-E™: an enhanced refrigeration package that bundles all of the standard Breeze features along with Whisper Cool™, a noise-reducing technology, and NSF Type II certification.

Structural Concepts’ new Breeze-E is the only refrigeration system that offers a robust Type II refrigeration and quieter operation in one package. Type II refrigeration is NSF’s standard for refrigerated display cases that operate in warmer and more humid environments (those common to foodservice establishments). The Breeze-E system improves performance, extends maintenance intervals, and improves ROI. And its new Whisper Cool technology makes Breeze-E 45% quieter, per results of independent testing.
Both Breeze and Breeze-E have the same easy slide-out system that uses flexible synthetic hosing instead of copper tubing that can kink or break, facilitating maintenance and reducing downtime. Both systems feature a “smart” microprocessor that monitors case temperatures and adjusts the defrost cycle for better performance. Finally, both are Structural Concepts-engineered to provide reliability, superior temperature consistency, and ease of service. Breeze-E with Whisper Cool is available on Structural Concepts’ Oasis CO refrigerated air screen models.
Structural Concepts is a leader in the design and manufacture of innovative temperature-controlled display cases for the grocery and foodservice markets. Structural Concepts’ pioneering technology sets the standard for unmatched ease of operation, longer life, and stronger performance, providing retailers with dramatically increased sales and reduced operating expenses.
