Oasis® Multi-Temperature Island Grab & Go Refrigerated Displa

In a single compact display case (model CMIA), vendors can offer cold salads and sandwiches alongside hot soups and quick meals. Island ends feature a heated deck with two heated shelves (160°F), and two 7-quart heated kettles (160°F) with individual controls, plus refrigerated grab & go on both sides. Its Breeze™ slide-out refrigeration system makes maintenance easy. Great for convenience stores, schools, or corporate dining.

The new CEC4860R grab & go refrigerated display for packaged products is shoppable from three sides. Ideal for convenience stores, schools, and corporate dining, the peninsula’s compact footprint optimizes floor space and features three levels of adjustable 8-inch-deep shelves. Includes the Breeze™ slide-out refrigeration system for easy access.

Oasis® Multi-Purpose Refrigerated Island Merchandiser

The new model MI4R refrigerated island merchandiser is a versatile 4-foot walk-around unit that can be shopped from all sides, enticing shoppers with almost any packaged product from produce to red meat—at its ideal temperature. The unit’s self-contained Breeze™ slide-out refrigeration system has a unique addition: the ideal temperature can be toggled between 38°F for red meat and 41°F for produce with the flip of a switch. The switch to the controller automatically changes set points to yield the desired product temperatures.

Encore® Gelato Merchandiser in New 12-Pan Size

Introducing the popular gelato merchandiser in a new model (G12F) that holds (12) 5-liter pans (or holds 10 foodservice 1/3 pans). Heated lift-up front glass reduces condensation buildup and allows easy access for replenishing and cleaning. The unit is fully operational without rear doors, which makes server access faster and easier. The new case features the Breeze™ slide-out refrigeration system.

Fusion™ L-Series Deli Case Lineup

A complete system of low-profile, single-deck refrigerated cases with versatility built in. Four different case styles and multiple lengths allow creative custom configurations—or use any of the cases alone for merchandising deli salads, meats, cheeses, packaged grab & go foods, specialty sandwiches, and made-to-order salad preparation. Available in summer 2009: spherical glass corner cases with 45-degree or 90-degree inside or outside curves that entice customers.

Allure® Refrigerated Wine Display

The new three-tier case, model B42WN, displays up to 96 bottles of fine wine, while the Breeze™ refrigeration system maintains an optimal 55°F temperature. It is lockable for secure “attendant only” access, and offers quality storage and display features at a competitive price. With standard black stained exterior or optional stained oak, B42WN is an upscale showcase for any wine department.

EnergyWise Energy-Efficient Self-Contained Refrigeration System

An industry first, EnergyWise reduces energy consumption by 60%, saving up to $1,000 a year. Features include a high-efficiency compressor and ECM fan motors, which are over 30% more efficient than standard induction motors. Cases with EnergyWise encourage impulse sales without needing doors to reduce energy usage.
