August 2011 —Structural Concepts announces the new Fusion Sandwich/Pizza Prep Case FSPS48/FSPS72 available in 4' and 6' lengths. This convenient refrigerated deli prep station offers customers made-to-order freshness, just the way they like it.

When the unit is open and ready for orders, the ligft-up front glass doubles as a sneeze guard; during non-prep times the front glass closes to cover the deli pan area for maximum refrigeration efficiency. The refrigerated rear storage area, featuring a fixed shelf and rear sliding doors, conveniently holds replenishment stock and supplies, while a handy rear work ledge provides ample room to create a made-to-order masterpiece.

FSPS units feature the slide-out Breeze with EnergyWise self-contained refrigeration system. Units come standard with condiment pan support rails which hold (3) or (5) full size 4" deep pans. Pans and covers are not included but are offered as an option. The case exterior is available in a wide choice of laminate selections to easily match your decor. Stainless steel interior offers enhanced corrosion resistance and clean ability.
