NEW! Structural Concepts’ Oasis® CMIA Multi-Temperature Island Case Combines Self-Service Hot and Cold Foods in One Walk-Around Unit

November 3, 2009—Structural Concepts announces the new Oasis® CMIA Multi-Temperature Island Case. The space-saving elliptical island unit features four self-service areas: two refrigerated displays, a heated display, and a heated soup section.

The refrigerated displays each have two adjustable shelves and feature independent Breeze™ self-contained, slide-out refrigeration systems. Structural Concepts designed Breeze to facilitate maintenance while reducing downtime. The refrigerated areas hold an integrated average product temperature of 41°F.

The heated display area for prepared foods has two fixed heated shelves and a heated deck, with an integrated average product temperature of 160°F. The heated soup station features two stainless steel 7-quart soup kettles with independent controls. A suspended glass sneeze guard helps maintain a more sanitary serving area.

The attractive CMIA case enhances any decor with a unique curved-glass top panel. The standard case exterior is black with a stainless steel soup deck. Optional exterior finishes include stainless steel as well as a choice of paint and laminate colors. Soup counter and perimeter ledge options include LG Hi-Macs and Corian solid surfaces.
