Structural Concepts’ Fusion™ Series two-in-one deli merchandiser is a refrigerated display case and sandwich prep counter.

January 23, 2007—The Combination Preparation/Refrigerated Air Screen Case, (FSP Models), part of Structural Concepts’ Fusion™ Series, is a two-in-one deli merchandiser that combines a sandwich preparation area and an open deli display in a single unit. The combination case is available in three lengths to accommodate any supermarket or foodservice application.
The open deli display area provides easy meal-to-go convenience and encourages impulse purchases. Structural Concepts’ advanced air screen technology allows the open case to maintain consistent temperatures and control humidity, thus minimizing energy costs and maximizing product shelf life. The display area features two levels of interior shelving, is beautifully lit, and designed to maximize the visual appeal of displayed goods.
In addition, the versatile Combination Preparation/Refrigerated Air Screen Case features a sandwich prep area for use by counter personnel. The sandwich prep area has an adjustable condiment pan rail (pans not included) for flexibility, a spacious 16"-deep work surface, and a three-sided glass sneeze guard to maintain a sanitary workspace. Innovative over- and under-pan airflow maintains evenly balanced product temperatures throughout.
Designed for quick and easy maintenance, the merchandiser includes Structural Concepts’ premier Breeze™ self-contained refrigeration system, which performs longer and requires less service.
