Structural Concepts’ New Fusion™ “L” Series Deli Case Lineup Allows Custom Configurations with Multiple Case Styles and Lengths

February 27, 2009—Structural Concepts’ new Fusion™ “L” Series Deli Case lineup is a complete system of versatile low-profile, single-deck refrigerated cases for the deli department. Four different case styles and multiple lengths allow creative custom configurations of curves and straight sections—or any of the cases can be used alone. To create the ideal “L” Series format for your store, a Structural Concepts design expert can offer advice and case layout options for merchandising deli salads, meats, cheeses, packaged grab-n-go foods, specialty sandwiches, and made-to-order salad preparation.

Mix and match any combination of service, self-service, and corner cases to accommodate any décor or merchandising need. Glass fronts lift up and out of the way to provide easy access to the entire display for loading and cleaning. Rear doors can be removed during peak traffic times to increase access and speed customer service. An optional rear pan rail accommodates condiment pans for adding finishing touches to salads and sandwiches.

Coming in summer 2009, the Fusion “L” Series will offer corner cases with spherical glass in 45-degree or 90-degree inside or outside curves that can be mixed and matched to entice customers to the display.

All “L” series cases feature Structural Concepts’ Breeze™ self-contained, slide-out refrigeration system for exceptional performance. The slide-out access facilitates maintenance while reducing downtime.
