March 21, 2007—The new Harmony® series from Structural Concepts is a line of narrow—less than 34" deep—bakery merchandising display cases, designed to glide easily through standard door openings. The line includes refrigerated and non-refrigerated service cases as well as combination cases with an innovative baffle system that converts refrigerated display areas to non-refrigerated, and vice versa. Structural Concepts’ Harmony line features NSF Type II refrigeration, designed to optimize performance in a wider range of ambient conditions. Harmony is one of the first narrow-depth cases in the industry to achieve this certification.

Standard 36" door openings—common in most foodservice establishments—limit easy access for display cases. Structural Concepts’ Harmony line offers these operators hassle-free installation. Operators can simply walk the fully assembled display case into their operation, without the need to dismantle the case or the doorframe.
